Under no hypothesis will this site provide, to any other requesting party, the personal data of our Users, whether they are Clients, Collaborators or other participants of any other sections of ASCA. We do not intend to subject our Clients and/or Users to spam, metatags and framing. We will only send our Informative Bulletins if the Client and/or User, upon registration, so requested. In case of future changes to this policy, we will immediately inform our Client, whose option to accept shall made individually and spontaneously.

Privacy in Information and Transactions
Based upon our privacy policy, the personal information provided by our clients is for the exclusive and restricted use of this site, which hereby agrees to not provide any such information except in the case of legal or juridical order; also, the same applies to commercial transactions between users and client companies, as long as previously authorized by both parties, for the sole purpose of allowing the same to implement and validate their transactions. The resources of the storage systems used to protect the information sent by our Subscribers and Users are the same used by ASCA to protect its own data, with state of the art safety equipment and technology.

Login and Password
When registering, the User shall choose a Login and a Password, to identify his account, in addition to the consultation of the list of orders and modification and /or deletion of the provided information, after which he/she will have access to the register pages. The User shall be responsible for not providing his Login and Password to strangers. ASCA will request the Client login only in the case he/she forgets his/her password, in order to send it by e-mail automatically. No one is authorized to request said information, in the name of ASCA, or third parties, be it by telephone, fax or any other existing means of communication.

Security
In spite of all the criteria and technology used by this site in order to protect the information provided by the Users, it is impossible to totally ensure the safety of the data transmitted and stored via the web. ASCA does not provide free of charge, rent or sell the information and data transmitted by our users.
